The amount of the funds used by an agency for filling vacancies and for making the payments described in paragraphs (b)(1), (2), and (3) of this section for a vacancy announcement for a position of a duration other than a permanent appointment shall not exceed: (d) May be reimbursed to expend amounts that may otherwise be available under other law to the same extent and to the same extent as funds other than OPM appropriated for this purpose; (e) May be reimbursed to expend any funds that may otherwise be appropriated or made available under any other law to reimburse the agency or any other person under this part for the costs of the agency or any other person filling the positions.
